Jay is great to work with. He always responds and he shows up when he is scheduled, which is hard to find in this day and time. He talks everything over with you to make sure he understands what you are needing or wanting and discussed everything with you in detail before he begins the work. He works by himself but completes the work timely and with good quality. He really takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and does not do anything with half effort. He was willing to complete some work that we had tired several times to get other contractors to do. We definitely recommend him and will consider him for future projects we have as well.

Jay is very professional and kind. My husband and I both use walkers and when he saw us getting the stuff off of our deck, that he was redoing, he was quick to help! and, in fact, offered to do it all. He painted it after the wood was ready. And it looks wonderful! And he built and painted us a ramp, for our walkers, that looks great too! We will DEFINATELY use him for future projects. Items listed in specific project didnâ t have the job done listed. J&S home improvements screened in patio with beadboard, quarter round, and baseboard installed on inside. I also had my screen installed in frame didnâ t want staples technique.Siding was placed outside and columns wrapped in metal by another company contracted through J&S. Very satisfied with job. J&S made it happen. Jay was on time and worked. Not one of those contractors that takes all kinds of breaks at your expense. I have had one of them and I was not a happy camper. Be prepared for some changes in estimate. Just ask contractor where you are financially to stay within your budget. I should have done this years ago. A happy client.
