It went very badly. We do not have the funds to pursue a court case and to repair what he has failed to do. It will cost us twice the amount to repair his damage. This is a case referral from Backyard Living whom both will never be recommended by us. This is a case where the contractor is professional in the beginning only to steal money in the end. Absolutely no accountability. In fact, he literally was laughing at how upset we were and stated that he received full payment for his work then hung up.
Description of Work: Installed an incomplete retaining wall, which he was paid in full, a faulty installation drain system that he installed UP-HILL and extended 8' onto our neighbors property, the drain system is backed up with mud which is not draining thus causing back flow into our garage. In addition, he was paid in full to divert and re-grade our yard in which is did not complete to include seeding the yard with fertilizer.
