I made the initial appointment which was easily obtained; however, after leaving I called over 30 times within the next month before my husband decided to call. Husband left a message, and they called him back within the hour. There were several issues with the work completed, and I still do not trust using one of the outlets they "fixed". After another two months, I finally got the invoice, and to pay the bill there is a 2.9% convenience fee which is $25.52 just to pay the bill.
