Everyone that I've had, and I've had different ones through the 26 years that I've lived here, have all been very nice and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure that if you have a problem, they get rid of that problem. I'm from Texas and I do not like bugs. That's why I have had them every month, so I don't have to deal with them. I will absolutely use them in the future.

They come every month. I pay a year in advance. I think the yearly termite costs around $300 and the monthly pest control costs around $300 as well. The price seems reasonable to me. I am happy with it. Although I have had their service for twelve years generally I don't have any discussion with them when they call me. They come and check the house for wasp nests and spray and stuff like that. Earlier this year, I discovered an absolutely massive yellow jacket nest in my front yard. It had like forty, fifty openings. I called them and they came that day and did an initial treatment. The guy said it was bigger than he anticipated and said that somebody would come back again the next day and they did and there was no extra charge or anything. They took care of it for me. They said if I saw anything I should call. I have like an acre and a half, so they could have said that it was too far away from my house but they didn't charge me anything extra for it, so I felt that was nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

They have a great service and very nice recommendations. They do a great job.

The service went fine from start to finish. They come whether I am here or not and take care of that. They also do my termite inspection yearly and keep the house termite free. The price is reasonable. The quality is reasonable. They don't have a fixed time that they come. I use them all the time.

We have used Cook's Pest Control for awhile now. On their recent visit they did a really good job and explained the treatment to us. They have a quarterly payment plan to make the Sentricon monitoring system price more manageable.

They are a very professional company. Their service is efficient and it's definitely helped us. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been pretty satisfied with them overall. The guy always checks with me to see if I have any problems.
