They did a good job for us. The heat has gotten turned back on.

Although Bradley responded quickly and was able to replace a capacitor on my a/c unit, they were VERY OVERPRICED. They charged me $95.00 for a part that cost them $11.00. This was in addition to a $75.00 service call. When I called to ask them to review the price I was told by the service manager "tough luck we are good enough to charge 'whatever we want to charge you' and 'it doesn't matter what we pay for the parts you are paying for our excellent reputation". I have since checked with three of their competitors and they were shocked at the price I was charged for this repair. I have no problem paying for a reasonable reapir along with a service call, but this charge is dishonest - and abusive!

I am as pleased as can be. I thought they were very nice and knowledgeable individuals. It has been a year and I have ran into no problems at all. I think the all in one unit is just the right size for my home so I feel I am saving on energy. My home is very warm in winter and quite cool in the summer months.

As far as the system, this is about the one good experience I have had. The system works just great. It regulates the home well and seems to be holding up just fine. I was impressed by their work and by their courteous attitudes. I would not even think of complaining about them. I have dealt with some pretty bad companies, but these guys were great.

I was proud that they gave me same day service. Bradley seemed very knowledgeable about what needed to be done because they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. I appreciated that they explained to me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed.

We have been very pleased with both the product and service from Bradley Heating and Air. They were punctual, very responsive and did the job quickly. We have a second unit at our house and we will likely use Bradley then, too.
