All went well...very pleased with their work

Showed up on time, did a good job at a very dirty job.

The service went very smoothly. I was impressed that the technician was able to find the septic tank so quickly. He just put his shovel into the ground and started digging and he ended up right over the cover to the tank. He also sold me some tablets for maintaining the bacteria level in the tank that was less expensive than using RID-X. I would not hesitate to use Bowers again.

Brian came the same day I called. I called because we purchased a new home and the prior owners never had the septic system serviced. We wanted it pumped and inspected. We he arrived he discovered the tank was filled to overflowing, also we had two tanks and the pump and alarm we not working. He pumped them out and ordered the pump. He returned to replace the pump and the alarm was not working. He agreed to let the float dry-out for a week or so. I plugged the alarm in after a week and it was still alarming. I called Brian he came and replaced the float. He was very responsive and he followed through till everything is working properly. We will call him for the next pump service on our system. Working with him was easy and he was interested in making thing right for me and I appreciated that dedication.

I was extremely happy with the service. They were on time, knowledgeable, did the work and educated me. The price was fair. They came when they said they were going to come.

I had my tanks pumped 3 weeks before by ANOTHER company and was told them the system was OK and the pump was good. But actually the pump had failed so I am not sure if that guy actually tested it.
Bowers came out the afternoon of the day I called because my alarm had gone off.
They pumped the primary tank, came out on saturday morning to replace the pump and pump out the secondary tank. I couldn't be happier with these guys. They actually explained everything, tested everything and did all the work they said they did. I'll be using Bowers from now on and recommending them to everyone.

We purchased a home 18 months ago that is on septic and this is our first house that wasn't connected to the sewer line. I thought it might be time to have someone check it out and confirm that we were in good shape.
I placed a call to Bowers septic and he was available to head over the next morning if needed. I chose to schedule a week out at 8am. He was right on time.
The gentlemen took the time to show me how the system works and advice on how to maintain. Fortunately we had no problems but I went ahead and had the tanks pumped so we can get a good idea of how long we can go moving forward.
I will definitely be calling Bowers Septic in the future for any needs.

I called Bowers on a Friday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning for service. Brian came out on Saturday morning on time.He could not find where the septic opening was so he went to the Wilson County city office on Monday to get my house records and help him locate the tank. He found that the tank was under the concrete patio. The previous owner had poured a Pea gravel patio and it extended over the opening of the septic tank. Brian had to rent a saw from Home Depo to cut the concrete. He worked very hard to take care of my problem . The quoted price to empty the tank was comparable. Brian was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem. I would recommend him to anyone who has a septic tank problem.

I called Bowers on a Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning for service. On Monday morning after about 20 minutes after the report time, I called Bowers. He forgot, but said would be right out. He showed up within an hour. He tried to locate my septic but had no luck. I couldn't help him because I had never had it serviced, but told him where I thought it might be located. He called the local city office, and they had no record either. After about 45 minutes of searching, he left. I did actually locate the original owner of the house by phone within a few minutes after he left, and the original owner confirmed where I thought the septic would be. I called Bowers back, and told him. He said it would probably require a backhoe and more time to locate it. He said he would have to charge me for searching this time and for equipment rental. He did not have a backhoe and said he would have to rent one from Home Depot or some other place. He said he would call me back after he got the details together. I never heard from him again. The positive - no charge to come out and search. The quoted price to empty the tank was comparable. He seemed knowledgeable to do the work. The negative - late and no returned call. I suspect they would do a good job as long as it was a simple job to just empty the septic. They don't appear to want get additional equipment to do the job even though I would be paying for it. Would be nice just to shoot straight with the customer and not waste my time.

He was here exactly on time, preformed his work in a neat and orderly fashion (which included having to dig down about 3+feet to find the tank).

Called on a Friday and he was there the very next morning. The septic tank had not been pumped in about 13 years. We've never lived where there was a septic system so we were really unaware and had been extremely lucky. We had been told where the septic tank was when we bought the house but low and behold, it was not there. He had to search for it but was able to find it. Unfortunately, it was located under some new landscaping. He took great care with digging down to the tank and was very respectful of the landscaping work that had been done only digging as much as he absolutely had to. He offered a couple of suggestions about moving a plant or two for the benefit of the tank. Nice guy to work with. I highly recommend Bowers.

Bowers Septic came out and pumped our septic tank. We don't know when the last time it was pumped and ground hadn't been disturbed in a long time. They came out and found the septic tank and dug the hole, which was about 2-3 feet down. Great service. Called the day before and they came out first thing the next day.

We noticed standing water on the top of our septic tank, again, and we knew that our regular guy does not work after hours or weekends. As fate would have it, it was after hours on a Friday night. Bowers Septic came quickly, was courteous, very helpful and even gave us some ideas on how not to have this happen so soon after this pumping. Our last pumping was only a month ago. He took his time, answered question, and even let us know that we could call him anytime. Of course our septic tank always seems to go out on a weekend. I really appreciated him coming out so quickly and taking his time with us.

I called them after reading reviews in Angie's List. They told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours before he would arrive. He was there on time and did the pumping. He also told me what would help in the future, how often it should be pumped and to use monthly tablets which I purchased for $30. Those are enough to cover one year.

Noticed toilet was bubbling when flushed. I was afraid the septic system was close to full, turns out I was right. Professional, fast and great value. I was also educated on how to properly care for my septic system. If I ever need them for anything I will use again! Also dug a very small hole to acess septic, minimal yard digging. Perfect service.

Mr. Bowers pumped our septic tank and was very prompt, professional and friendly. Will definately use him again, when needed.
