They were always good. They have a good pricing, they always answer the phone and they usually show up to do the work in a short notice. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It was not exactly right after the first repair. A/C was cooling, but not enough. Bentley's returned with no additional fees. I don't know what the service tech did, but the A/C is better. It may even be fixed to my complete satisfaction, but we have not had a day that remained in the mid-90's all day. My unit is 12 yrs old . I know that there is a limit to what I should expect. I hope to postpone the inevitable for another couple of years if possible. So far, Bentley's seems like a straight up business. I'm sticking with them.

Excellent. I had a unit that needed a recharge and he did it. He checked my whole system and answered all questions. Great guy. He knew what he was doing and did it very efficiently. Nice to do business with a company that seems to care about you as a customer not just today but in the future.

They explained everything and were very patient with me with my numerous questions. It was an excellent experience.

The service work was great.

They did a great job of checking out the house and properly sizing the new unit. They assessed that the airflow was lacking in the house and made some simple modifications to the ducting and air returns. They were very prompt and courteous throughout the install. All of the work was done in less than a day. They also did a great job cleaning up.

The installers arrived as planned . The salesman accompanied them, introduced them to us, explained the job to them. They installed the new equipment, removed the old units, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished in less time than quoted. They were all very polite and professional. A great experience over all. We would definitely recommend them for anyone's HVAC needs.

They also have great service plans that they stand behind - we've had one of those for years...

They were great!!! They explained and showed me everything that needed to be done ahead of time, gave me pricing (which was great), and finished up in no time.

Great, on time and for the first time in 1 1/2 yrs I have heat. Hire these folks..they know what they are doing both from business and profession.

We had a couple companies come out for estimates. They were the only one to actually get inside the crawl space to see what the work was like (as opposed to just peek in through the entrance). They were competitively priced. It took a couple days to schedule the estimate and then a couple days to schedule the work. The workers were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up very well after they were done (even vaccuming up a mess I had made!). The only odd thing was that the workers left without telling us at the end of the first day (the work took a day and a half) so we weren't sure if they were coming back or not. We were adding insulation due to the Energy Right program through TVA that would reimburse us so we had to have it inspected by TVA when the work was done. The inspector said they did a great job.

Our 10 year old builder spec A/C unit died on us in July! Bentley's came out the same day to see if it could be fixed and were very straight forward on our options (we could replace just the compressor and risk the rest of the old unit having a problem or get a new more efficient unit). We opted for the new unit. The owner of the company personally measured the interior of our house to make sure we selected the right size unit and made his reccommendations in a non-pushy, non-sales kind of way. The new A/C unit was installed on the next working day, the old one was hauled away, and our house has never felt so good in the summer!

We have lived in our house for 20-some years and we have purchased two heating/air conditioning units from Bentleys. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the units as well as the service. They do an outstanding job at a good price.
