Work was done by this company back in March, 2014 that was caused by storm damage on my upper deck. We agreed that I would pay for gutters (that they were responsible for) in exchange for work to be done in back of garage. Contacted them several times because there was also a leak that needed to be fixed. Neither one has been handled. I requested a completion letter from this company that my insurance company needed in order for me to get coverage again back from damage. I have left several messages with no response. Finally after a threat to them I received a call...I offered to write said letter, which I did, all I needed was a signature and compensation for gutters I paid for and leak that I have to pay someone to repair. I was told never to ring their phone again. Very bad business I feel on their part and bad on mine because company was paid in full!

We were considering updating two of our bathrooms and I just went to the phone book and contacted the first listing under ceramic tile and found Ted Reed of Accurate Tile and Marble. I found Ted to be an excellent communicator and he was very helpful and interested in hearing about what we wanted. He came out to our house and shared ideas and gave us prices for a complete bathroom renovation. We also talked to him about tile work in a seperate bathroom and he gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He also directed us to some tile distributors to pick out the material and we had a very positive experience with them. We decided to have him do the smaller job first to see if his workmanship matched his communication. We were very impressed. He works fast and efficiently and did a beautiful job so we proceded to engage him for the major remodel of our master bath. He gutted the bathroom, relocated the shower, installed a pocket door, ventilation fan, and retiled the entire area including the floors. he was creative with the design and we were very pleased. We have had a small problem since the work was completed but he is very concerned about making the repairs and we are ready to have him do additional work around our fireplace.
