Description of Work: rented defective equipment then failed to follow through on subsequent promises to re-rent said equipment, resulting in numerous trips to the business hauling a trailer, burning fuel etc. only to find out they rented the mower that was reserved for me. Then no good faith effort to resolve the situation.
