Absolute Refinishing

Jason is very good. I am a repeat customer. Very polite and easy to do business with.

It is basically a two day process they come and clean and remove all the loose stuff and then it dries overnight and then he came back and sealed and finished everything.  I think it was ready to use the next morning but it is a spare bathroom so it wasn't used for about a week.  I believe it is the original tub from 1937 that had been refinished before and it was peeling.  It looks brand new now so only time will tell how long it last.  I believe they give a 5 year warranty but said it typically last 10. 

I'm amazed at the transformation..looks as if it is a brand new with an amazing luster and porcelain sheen.. Jason worked for one entire day and returned the following day for the final finish..That visit was about anothe 1.5 hours. Jason cleaned the entire bathroom of any residue dust..everything was up and running...I have experience with a bad job and can attest that this was a first class superior job..

I recently was fortunate enough to buy at auction my grandmother's house where I grew up. It had been out of the family for decades and needed a great deal of attention. I particularly was interested in restoring the fabulous kitchen sink and metal cabinets. The cabinets were a mess... Rusted out shelves and, almost worse, a hand painted, streaked mess.
Enter Jason. He said the sink and tub were no problem but he really didn't do cabinets and that it would be for anyone, a tremendous undertaking of time. After talking back and forth I think he just saw how badly I wanted HIM to do it and agreed. Listen to me you Angie's List people...if you have anything that needs refinishing you WILL NOT DO BETTER THAN JASON. I really am taking the time to write this because he went so far above and beyond any possible call of duty. We had agreed to let the insides of the cabinets go to keep the cost in my budget. He did them anyway. They are astoundingly gorgeous... Think brand new 1956 Chevy! The finish on them and the sink is that perfect. He is a professional... He is also an extremely nice guy... Believe me... The two do not ordinarily go together. I could not be more impressed. My uncle in an engineer. He wS very skeptical that these cabinets could be restored. He was blown away.
Also know that his son Kieren is a professional car detailed and will be doing my car from here on out....great job. Check him out!

He did very good work. We are pleased with job.

I hired him to refinish the tub and tile in my guest bathroom. It took him about two and a half days total to complete the job. He was mindful of my animals and kept them out of the area. The price was great. He did a good job overall. There were a few small places that don't quite match the rest of the tile. Also he got some of his refinishing product on my vanity which I can't get off. But it is not noticeable. No job will be perfect and I like supporting local companies. I will hire him again to redfish my master bath when the time comes.

Part of the original finish on the tub floors had been worn away such that the non-slip strips we put down five years ago had left impressions. The refinish could not cure that issue and my wife was not happy. Jason was very apologetic and pointed out why it appeared the way it did. He offered to try to make it look perfect for no additional charge. This would have involved at least another day of labor. We opted to keep it as it was. Still very shiny and smooth and the old impressions are not likely to be noticed. Jason stated over and over he would be happy to do more if we wanted him to. He was not happy that we were not completely satisfied (although not really his fault). Jason is one of the few craftsmen left in his world who truly take pride in their work and in making sure their customers are happy.
