This was one of the worst experiences with a contractor ever and it took me 4 1/2 months to resolve. I finally had to bring in a different A/C contractor to fix all the problems that was originally supposed to be fixed plus all the problems created by the shoddy workmanship of Middle Tennessee Comfort Air.
First off the air handlers were mounted wrong and the water did not drain the proper way, instead it leaked out the back of the units causing all sort of problems.Requiring 2 buckets under each unit to catch the water not draining.
They improperly installed the drain lines into the existing plumbing and ran them uphill.
They used improper tape on the duct work that didnt stick for more than a week and failed to seal the ends on the units properly. They did not install electrical disconnects at the units and failed to use the proper connectors when running the wiring into the electrical panel.
They came up 2 feet short on the thermostat wiring to on one of the outside units and just spliced it outside in the open.
They did not fill any of the holes through the foundation block or throughly strap the copper lines.
I let the Middle Tennessee Comfort Air back once to repair the problems and upon seeing how they addressed them, i would not let them back again.
I had 2 A/C contractors review the job after they were done and both commented on the lack of professionalism
and overall sloppiness of the work.
Home Depot ended up paying another company to come in and correct all of their improper and shoddy work.

They did a very good job finishing the work that the other company had left us with. They fixed the problems and made the finished the work like it was them who had started it.
