We hired David Nannie, his son, and their third additional coworker to paint several rooms in our home. He and his crew were incredibly slow and took several long breaks to eat. After the first day, our entire first floor smelled bad. In addition, their work was subpar and we had to touch up the entire heading of our kitchen, the wall around the doorway, and above the kitchen windows after they left. There was also paint splatter on multiple areas of the white ceiling. To top it off, they took our brand new 6 ft ladder and multiple of our personal paint brushes upon leaving after 3 days of work. When confronted, they denied everything. Their prices are lower than the typical painter, but you certainly get what you pay for!

We strive to give everyone 5 star customer service. Customers have always trusted me in their homes because we have never touched a thing. They leave me a key and code to the lock because they are not even there. They trust me. I have went out of my way for you yesterday and reached out to the other two company's who were there. Servpro and Hiller Plumbing got back to me and said they dont have your ladder either. Its probably at your home and I feel its unfair you tried to extort $150 from me for a ladder and paint brushes I didnt even take. I value your experience and appreciate you feedback-David."

David did a great job. He repaired my deck and stained it . He also done some dry wall. He was timely and all his work came out great. I would recommend him and in the future I will probably hire him again.

David and his son painted the interior of our 2-story townhouse in August 2019 (sorry it took me so long to write this review!) I asked Mr Nannie to correct 1of the 3 mouldings at the base of 3 columns his son had worked on on my front porch & his comment was he was not going to correct it! I told him I just wasn t happy with it and he said: I tell you what - we ll just gather our tools & leave! He went around the back where he was also working on my deck, got his tools & left - leaving my deck half torn apart. I would not recommend him for any work.

Make sure you get a firm quote. I was told $200 then after he was finished he texted me with a bill for $250. I live out of state and that is a rental property.

"While we welcome the business of absentee owners, we prefer to meet with the customer in person and discuss the job. You will then be given a written proposal itemizing what is to be done and the price. Also we ask for no money in advance, only to be paid promptly at the completion of the job and the acceptance of our work."

Mr. Nannie and his son did an excellent job painting several large rooms and three stairwells in my house. The cost was very reasonable and they finished the job in 4 days. They came on time and were very clean and neat while working. I have hired him again to paint two more areas in my house.

I employed David Nannie for both the interior and exterior painting of my house. The exterior is nearing completion and the interior is scheduled to begin the first of next year at my request. I am very pleased with the work performed and highly recommend this company. I received bids from two other companies on your list but they were higher in price and apparently were to contract the job out. David Nannie was personally on the job on a regular basis and was easy to work with which I appreciate.
