The entire project was delayed from the beginning, months waiting on permitting, and delayed from the contracted completion date by nearly 2 months. I had 1 year to complete my move, so WR allowed us to move our stored furnishings in to the garage, ahead of the actual completion date, yet after the contracted date. However, upon closing, we were charged with renting our own house, due to their delay! Despite all of the delays, construction was at a reckless pace, with rushed consultation or little time for inspection. In the end I feel that I have a house with cheap material and numerous shortcuts. The lighting in the kitchen & garage are a wreck, the landscaping inadequate, the floor squeaks, & I can hear every sound anywhere in the house. If not for the location of this development, I would not recommend this builder. On a positive note, the foreman for the job provided an invaluable contact, and avoided the typical hassles of building.
