The owner is Donnie Benbrook. He is very professional and does an excellent job. Sometimes he works alone and other times he has helpers working with him who are also experienced painters. I selected the paint colors and he purchased them with his contractor discount and got an excellent grade of exterior paint. His first step was to powerwash all of the wood. That alone made the house look better. My house has 5 large eaves and cedar siding across the front of the house. I chose one color for the cedar siding and another color for the trim. He and his crew did an excellent job and I have received many compliments from neighbors and friends on the work they did.
I had asked him as part of the job to replace some sheetrock damaged by water (due to lack of proper caulking on my part) and he ended up having to rebuild the entire doggie door. Since my house is brick, I originally built a box to cover the difference between the exterior brick and the interior sheetrock. Most doggie doors are made to go over wood exteriors and not brick. He rebuilt the box, repaired the sheetrock and remounted the doggie door.
When the screens were removed from the windows, there were several window sills that were rotted. We knew about 2 of them on the front end, but there actually ended up being 5 that needed replacing. He charged a reasonable price for replacing the other 3. I am very happy with the results and recommend him to my clients as well. I am a real estate agent.
