David and his team were a dream to work with on our tricky midtown Memphis bathroom remodel. Everything about the process was clear, easy, and timely. We always knew exactly what was going on and everyone was so helpful with our questions and concerns. David is an excellent communicator and all-around great human. Contractor was patient , polite , and professional as he explained the damage caused by lightning to a portion of my roof. The damage was repaired in a reasonable time and I am very pleased.

I was pleased with the company from the start. They called me right away after I provided my info, set an appointment to inspect my roof leak and showed up for the appointment right on time. David Zinn gave me a repair quote, I accepted, and he repaired my roof on the spot. Hasn't leaked since.

Both David s are great people to work with. They made quick roof repairs while my insurance adjuster filed my claim and a couple weeks later replaced my whole roof in a single day and were very understanding about waiting for the insurance check and delays associated with that.
