David and his team were a dream to work with on our tricky midtown Memphis bathroom remodel. Everything about the process was clear, easy, and timely. I was pleased with the company from the start. They called me right away after I provided my info, set an appointment to inspect my roof leak and showed up for the appointment right on time. David Zinn gave me a repair quote, I accepted, and he repaired my roof on the spot. Hasn't leaked since.

Both David s are great people to work with. They made quick roof repairs while my insurance adjuster filed my claim and a couple weeks later replaced my whole roof in a single day and were very understanding about waiting for the insurance check and delays associated with that.

I hired David to completely replace a roof, I called them when we noticed a leak and have not heard back from them, all they have to do is come out and resolve your issue with the roof since you were paid in full and we also have a 5 yr. warranty with you

David was very on time each time,would call to follow up. Very polite and professional. Good people skills and wants to make sure job is done. Had to have him come back second time,he was prompt and did much of same thing. I ended up having more of a leak and second time,there were additional leaks we never had and larger. He said he would come out again but would have to take all shingles off whole front of house and do all over. The problem was only in one area and just thought yhat was alot of money and roof was only few years old. Then couple weeks later all the shingles started waving and crooked. What we paid to david for the job ended up costing us alot more money to take care of that problem. Had to end up with a company with many years of experience,and they only had to do a very small portion of roofing and had to take it off,repair rotten wood and other things vut found the leak and did it all over instead of just trying to patch it. This just may have been something he had not experienced but ended up costing more than we had planned. I do not want to take away from his ability to try and do the right thing as he was more than willing to try to make it right but couldnt take the chance of having to repair half of the roofing, not knowing what would be outcome. Very nice honest young man and maybe other projects im sure he will do fine.

"Thankx for the compliments on politeness and on being professional! When offering homeowners advise on repairs, we give straightforward, honest, professional opinions. Given this home had a previous "layover" done by a different company, our professional opinion was replacement of a section of roof. The homeowner stated that the roof was only a few years old but it already had a substantial leak. After supplying an estimate to homeowner for the work, we were informed that it was more then they wanted to spend. In an attempt to give immediate help for a minimal cost, some sealing was done with no warranty given. The pressure from walking on an improperly installed roof(especially a layover), can very well cause additional leaks......... unclear as to why it was not handled as a warranty call to the company who had installed the layover a few years prior? Very nice people and we hope their issues were handled;, however, we stand by our initial scope of work given the faulty roof layover. This was not an issue of experience, definitely an unfair rating."
