John Caldwell did a great job. He was on time, asked about whether my cats were allowed outside and when I said no he made sure they didn't get out while he moved his equipment in and out. He did a great job and it was otherwise uneventful, which was great. The carpets looked wonderful and I didn't have a bunch of drama to deal with. I was very satisfied.
