They were Excellent!  They were very polite and professional.   I felt very safe with them in my house.  They all came in the same uniform, and all looked very clean and neat.   They picked up after themselves, and were very careful  moving  their equipment around, and, careful  not to break or damage any walls or furnishings.   They were very helpful and  full of knowledge in regards to, how I can keep up and maintain the cleanliness of my tile floors, carpet and, sofas.

The two gentleman that came to do the job were professional, kind and very respectful. They explained thoroughly what they were going to be doing, the cleaning products that they were using and were very patient with any questions that were asked. They came in, got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and were on their way to their next job. I will be referring their services to my friends and family and seeing that I work in insurance, I will definitely pass their cards out for homeowners and business that have had or may have claims.

I just moved in to a rental house and I was told the carpet had already been professionally cleaned. I saw and smelled pet urine. I called Trinity at the last minute and they showed up. Trinity treated the urine stains ($10 per room) and cleaned every room. They only charged me $10 and they pre-treated every room for pet stains. The price was great and the staff was very knowledgeable. I only wish my carpet would have been more fluffy. It's a shade lighter and the urine smell is gone. They did a great job. Another company was going to charge me $200 (without closets and urine pre-treatment).

I'm very well pleased with them. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner.
