Not the same service that I received last year and from my understanding the person that did the repairs has opened their own computer repair business nearby. I will be sure next time I need this type of services to find that person.

They were very professional from the start, I heard of them from a friend who bragged about their service and free diagnoses, (which nobody else in town offers). I dropped off my Dell and explained the trouble i was having with it. Im not very computer illiterate so they did a superb job on relating or translating...lol..my problem, was told it sounded like a virus but they will diagnose to be sure and call me before they do any repairs. Short while later they called with the diagnoses and price plus recomendation on anti-virus, I approved and that same day I got my Dell back and it was better than NEW!!! Overall i would strongly recomend this company to anyone in my area in need of computer repair.
