Lawn Tool Repair
I took my power washer to Macon Small Engine on 6-15-13, to have a carburetor problem repaired. I didn't hear anything from them for two and a half weeks. I called them and they said that they had to order a part. On July 8, I called back and was told that the part hadn't arrived yet. On July 11, I called again and was told that my power washer had been repaired and they were filling out the repair sheet.
Macon Small Engine is very good at doing small engine repair. There customer service repair times are very lacking.
