He was very professional and after installing my cat door into one of my interior doors, he adjusted it because it wasn't closing good. I also asked a question about my refrigerator and he saw the problem and fixed that as well at no extra charge. I had been thinking that I would need a new refrigerator but the problem has been corrected. He is very knowledgeable.
