They do not know what they are doing, and they charge you for that. I took the vehicle in because it was making a racket like the power steering was having issues, so they went in and said that we need to replace this. They replaced the pump, and I told them that I had replaced the pump less than 6 months ago, and after it was all said and done, I got into the car. You couldn't even turn the wheel, I went in, and said that I couldn't even turn the wheel to back out of their place, while I had just come for a noise. I had to leave the car there for another whole day. They said that I had issues with my steering column. So, now they were replacing the whole front end to change the mechanism of the power steering. After that, there was still the squilling sound. I then took it to another guy after 3 tries, and he said that we needed a new reservoir, and that was it. I had an issue with them before this a few years ago, but I didn't say anything about it. They are friendly, but they lack professionalism, because they don't know what they are doing.
