Somebody came to the house to see how big of a truck we would need. They miscalculated the size of truck needed and had to take apart alot of things to get them to fit in the truck and alot of things got dirty and were damaged. We were also charged for a box we did not use. We had to call the company to get credit for the boxes that could not be used because the truck was too small and had to leave the boxes on our curb. Other than that they showed up on time and delivered on time.

The North Carolina movers were terrific. They took their time and packed everything nicely. The Tennessee movers weren't as great. They weren't very careful with the furniture and you could tell they were in a hurry to get out.
