EVEREADY HEATING & COOLING SVC

My husband said he could replace the motor and he would pay him on his lunch break. We paid him up front and he replaced the motor. We could not turn the air off or down and it stayed at 62 degrees. So my husband called him back and told him of the problem. He said he would be over in an hour and we waited 2 1/2 hours and he said he was busy and give him another hour. He never came. We called and he said he would be over the next day at 9am, and he never came. We kept calling and he ignored us, then finally answered and said he was still busy. Wednesday my husband had the day off and he said he would come over at 8am, he showed up at 9:30am. He said he replaced it with a bad motor so we needed a new one. Then we didn't have any air at all. I called him several times to get the new motor installed and he ignored all of my calls, and his wife even said she would call him and get back to me, and never did. We just were wanting a return call. He called finally and said he would go to Nashville to get a new motor but it would be a few days. He finally replaced it days later, but then said we needed a new condenser.   

He still has never shown since then, my husband had to buy a new condenser but we are looking for a new company to replace that part. Now Charles's phone is turned off and he hasn't gotten back to us and we stopped trying to contact him.
