Decked Out Construction

In April, we engaged a contractor for a bathroom project, and the work commenced in May. We began experiencing issues with the master bathroom, while the upstairs bathroom was needed minor adjustments. It was completed. Unfortunately, the contractor encountered a family emergency, which caused the project to be put on hold. During this time, the contractor inadvertently created another issue by putting cement in the drain of the master bathroom. He left it blocked and did not return for for a while due to his emergency, which I understood and worked with him on. When he did return, he unclogged the drain, but on May 31st, he messaged me to explain that he had not installed the new floor correctly or at the proper height to ensure drainage. He acknowledged that a redo was necessary and asked for my patience. However, his suggestion to use a squeegee in the shower to direct water down the drain was not acceptable to me. He also offered a $600 refund, but I felt that this amount would not cover the costs I would incur to fix the installation properly.

Sean was the first pro to contact me and the first to evaluate the site. He did the repairs needed for my deck the same day, on a Sunday none the less. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for job!!

Sean contacted me in regards to wanting a quote for my toilet removal. This was the first time I've needed a service like this and every professional I called said "I'd need to see the job first." Sean quoted me and came out and assessed the job and held fast to the quoted prices and even offered a 10% discount for when I had the new toilet reinstalled. These are honest people who aren't looking to increase the price or unethically charge their patrons. I'll be using them for any other bathroom related services I need. Honestly though, with the quality of their works, I doubt that will be any time soon.

This company came to my house on time, did excellent work, when I had been putting stuff in my attic I had fallen through the ceiling, SoS Handy came out, gave us an excellent estimate, and very reasonable, we also had other contractors come out some was on time, and summer late, after meeting with Sean who gave us the estimate, he seem very knowledgeable and very trustworthy, he explained how the company started, he also had to explain the one bad review that home advisor has with him, and we understand that some other customers don t feel like they ve been true fair however that is the priceYou deal with public, with our experience we believe that if there is a five star that can give for overall satisfaction and continuous use this company we will, overall if you have any jobs that you need done in a pinch, we recommend SoS Handy.

I had several projects to be done around the house such as screen door repair, washer machine making loud noise, garage door not opening, sink back up and even building an entertainment center for the kids play room. SOS handy came through with being able to repair it all. I didn t have to contact several people to get all these things done!!! They were on time, actually earlier. Absolutely very comfortable with this company. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to get my deck looking great. Excellent work, whatever you desire in someone he has all the characteristics punctual and very respectful, I wouldn't work with anybody else.
