Valley Roofing

It took months (about 6) for them to come out when I called about an issue. When they did come they explained that the type of roofing that they sold my father (83 yrs old) was not a good product. In their defense he said he tried to sell him up to a better product but Dad refused. In dealing with seniors they need to realize they should not offer an inferior product. Seniors often feel they are being taken advantage of when someone tries to "up sale" them. I understand this product is now no longer even available on the market. When they did come they were very nice. But my main gripe with them is that I had to call time after time after time for months on end before they ever came out. Very poor response time.

We called for an estimate and they didn't come to give us the estimate when they said they would. We called back several days later to find out why and they came out and gave us an estimate after the 2nd call. We accepted the bid. A date was set for installation. The installation was done at that time and was done in one day. No mess was left and the project was completed very professionally. Since this was our 2nd home and we were unable to inspect the job at completion, they sent us detailed pictures of our home with the completed project. All request we made of the company were fulfilled and done in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

They did a really great job and we like them. They were very responsive, when my husband found out a leak, we called them up and they came back the next day to repair it. They finished the job in one day, cleaned up their mess and did everything that they were supposed to do, we were extremely satisfied with their work. He gave us a list of some people he'd put the roof on for, and we checked with them and they were all more than satisfied with their work.
