I purchased my Chevy Cobalt thorough Caremax in Knoxville and after purchasing it and registering it with GM, I discovered that my car had a recall from 2010 that had not been completed and was told to take it to my local Chevrolet dealership which was Volunteer Chevrolet. I scheduled the appointment and the recall was fixed. A few weeks later, I was having problems with a gas leak which I contacted GM about. I was again referred to Volunteer Chevrolet to have the issue fixed which was covered under a special coverage at no cost to me. On October 3rd, I purchased a complete oil change and tire rotation because I was going on vacation a week later.
I was very pleased the with prompt service and excellent customer service I received even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them. Because of their great customer service, I will definitely buy my next car from Volunteer Chevrolet.

They are quick. I would rather take my car to Chevrolet dealers because that is what, it is showing power, it is actually a dealer. I would imagine they keep up with the technology more than most of the small shops. They do a good job and they are quick. I don't know about the price because they are about the only ones that I have used. So I don't know. Their work is great and I haven't had any problems. I didn't have any problems with anything that they have taken care of for me. I wouldn't take my car any place else. They are professionals; that is what they do and they seem pretty good at it. They have a lot of customers. I have seen a lot of dealerships down here come and go, but they are still here and have been here for the last 16 years. They have been here ever since I have been here.
