Came out at 7am and finished up about 4:00pm. Did a thorough job with quality material and new pipe boots and flashing. From my research it was the best materials with a 50 year warranty. Put down tarps and used a magnetic pick up tool and a final blower for little granules left behind. Didn't pay until completely finished. Owner has been in business all together 40 years or more. He sat down with me and went through the entire process and showed me all the details. Showed how all the materials were by the same company Certainteed which makes him eligible to warranty the product. He is in the top 1% an a SELECT ShingleMaster in this profession.
