Having just move here from out of state I knew no one to lend a hand or make a recommendation. Micheal was so courteous, kind, sincere to his job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and above all, listened to my concerns. He even called me on a weekend to set up our consultation. Unheard of these days!!!! If you need any sort of pest control service done, Tri Star Pest has to be your first call! They are a locally owned family business. Michael came out and addressed the situation. He was on time, well mannered, and the pricing was fair and honest. Not only that but I love that a percentage of all their profits go directly to one of three charities that the customer gets to choose from. What an awesome idea. Thank you Tri Star Pest!

Michael was amazing. He responded to me quickly even though my issue was not urgent. Got out to my apartment the next day, and after discussing it/inspecting the space, we settled on a plan of action. He was professional and friendly, definitely made me feel like I was in good hands. I love that Tristar, as a local business, partners with local charities and part of my bill went to one I chose. That is amazing! Seriously incredible value for the service, too. I highly recommend, 10/10!
