AC was not working. Called at 8:15 AM, pleasant receptionist told me thay could come out that day and would call back with a time. About an hour later I received a call telling me the technician was on his way. Rob was very pleasant and very professional. Had me up and running in about 15 minutes. Clearly explained the problem, explained to me what he did, and was on his way. Should the need arise, I'll certainly use them again. It's nice to deal with a local company.
