On November 2 2022 we had a termite inspection done by A+ Pest Solutions. On the report it was not checked that there was visible termite damage. It wàsnt until after we closed on the house that this was noticed. I contacted a different termite inspector (third party) and he agreed it should have been seen and documented on the letter and graph. I have received a rough quote to fix the termite damage on the walls and it will be $15,000-$20,000. Today December 20 2022. Mark from A+ Pest Solutions came by to look at what he missed and stated he is refusing to pay anything for it. I explained I would have never bought the house if it was documented in the letter and graph that there was termite damage in the walls. No "tubes" were marked on the graph at any location. Not only do I think that he should replace the damaged area but he should also lose his license to perform termite inspections. He said he had 18 years of experience and he should be able to competently point out damage.

Would not recommend. Missed termites on inspection. Obvious the house was infested. Question if he even came to the house to do inspection. was not notified when he was going to do the inspection for me to be present.

They were always on time. They would inspect our home for any potential problem areas. We have used them for a few years.
