Wood Construction & Remodeling

Jeremy Turner the salesman from Wood Construction came to my to view the bathroom and go over the costs and advised that a project manager would come to my home to go over the plans. Craig Smith project manager with Wood came to my home on June 29th and we went over the plans for the bathroom he said that I would be receiving the items to start the bathroom I texted him on July 12th and he told me that he was still working on getting all the stuff ordered and getting his crew finished on a few other projects so they can dedicate their time to my bathroom since I only have the one shower unit. I got Covid on August 3rd and I battled it quite some time so I texted Craig on Aug 23rd to check the status and he told me some how I missed you I no longer work for Wood Construction so then I contacted Jeremy so I texted Jeremy and he sent some emails on Aug 23rd to the company and a gentleman named Michael called me on August 24th and told me that someone would come by my home in a couple of days to look at the bathroom and no one came he told me to keep his phone number and call him with any problems well I called the number and he did not answer so I have left several voicemails for him I have sent emails to the companies email address and I get no response from anyone. Jeremy Turner says he is trying to figure out how to help me with this I am so disappointed this is my first time ever doing anything like this and this happens to me at this point I just want the company to give me a refund so I can try to find a company that does want to do the job. I appreciate any help you can do because at this point I can't find anyone to help me this is so frustrating.

First contact was with Michael - who was fantastic. Our company was planning to flip a house. Michael worked with us on several iterations of possibilities allowing us to save money and still get a quality product to flip and sale - within a budget that would allow us to make a small profit. His excitement and willingness to do the hard jobs was a breath of fresh air from the no call - no show - don't really want the job - too busy for you attitudes we had been getting from GC's. We have found our permanent GC for our business.
