I was impressed by the workers. They took the necessary safety precautions to do the job and didn't take any chances. They were very professional. This is the second time I've used them, and they did a good job both times.

We were referred to this agency by our realtor who claimed they were the "best" in the Knoxville area. The company was very professional and responsive in setting up a walk through and in sending us a written quote. I felt comfortable in their expertise as a license Arborist.
The crew showed up on time and was very limited in communicating with us and or our neighbors whose home resided near the area of where the work would take place. They immediately changed from the fixed price quote and informed me that the bill would be hourly. Found this odd but agreed to the new terms as we needed the work completed due to our schedules.
The two man crew took approximately 8 hours to complete the removal of the limbs and left without notifying us or completely cleaning up some additional debris that had fallen into our neighbors yard as well as our yard.
Since the work was completed and we were not disappointed we decided to have them return and complete another quote on a two additional large trees we wish to have removed. The representative showed up and gave us a verbal quote but then never followed up with a written quote that we requested. In an attempt to follow up we have called and responded to an email from the provider about obtaining a quote but have yet to receive any correspondence since mid July.
If we are willing to spend several thousand dollars and become a repeat customer we should expect some level urgency in corresponding to obtain a written quote and date to complete the work.
We understand that they are busy but have decided to seek services from other providers since we have not received any correspondence in over a month.
