Because our roof was not actively leaking we were placed in queue.  Brady kept us informed of all updates and when our time came to get the roofing done, he was here when he said he was going to be, the job was completed in a single day and the entire area looked great.  Brady even called us during the roofing job to make sure our cats were not being stressed too much by the work being done.

Our original ridge vent was non-functional and Brady corrected that when replacing the roof.  His painters did a great job painting the entire house and staining the connected deck.  There were some minor touch-ups needed and those were handled quickly and professionally.

During the process of getting the work done, Brady had to work closely with the insurance company as they were second guessing each item on his estimate.  While it would have been easier for him to walk away and work easier jobs, he stayed the course and convinced the insurance company that everything he noted was needed and they accepted his bid in full.  He articulated how changing or removing an item would have a impact on other work or the sustainability of his work.

Brady goes above and beyond with the work he did for us and we will be looking to him to have more work done, both inside and outside the home.
