Our automatic garage door (for a 2 door garage), stopped working and it looked as if something was broken. We called Williams Door Company, whom we've used off and on for 10 years, and they promised to get someone out to look at the door the next day. The company called the next day and said they would be out in less than 90 minutes.  The workmen were very prompt, professional, and courteous.  They replaced the Allister Carriage and lubed and checked both garage doors for any other problems.  We definitely will use them in the future.

I'm a do it yourself guy - but decided to have them install it to avoid having to deal with the springs and getting rid of the old door.
I got much more - They were prompt, courteous, quick, efficient, had excellent workmanship and finished the little details in a way I couldn't have. We have used this company in the past - and they have always exceeded our expectations.
The new door looks great and works perfectly.

The door had to be ordered to suite my color preference. This took about three weeks for the manufacturer to supply, but Williams had no control over this. Once the door arrived at Williams, they scheduled to install it two days later. I consider this very punctual. Their installer was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He completed the project in a little over two hours, which was amazingly quick for a one-man job. He above and beyond in saving some of the spare arts off the old garage door that I wanted to save for upcycling. All-in-all, I am very pleased with Williams' price and service. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

My old garage door had multiple problems and I could not even close it all the way anymore. Williams Door Co had the best price and was able to come out quickly (it depended mostly on what type of door I ordered and if they had it in stock). They removed the old door and installed the new door very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the door.

The contractor that we used to repair the hail damage on our house, could not properly install our garage doors. After several attempts by the contractor, we called Williams Door Company. They are knowledgeable and honest. We have used them in the past and they always do a great job.

I had been pleased with service that Williams Door Company had done on my garage door some years back, and they had very good reviews on Angie's List, so I decided to go with them to replace the wooden door that had been damaged in the hail storm last year. Tina and Angie in the office were easy to work with in selecting the new steel door and scheduling the installation. (One note: Make sure you check the work order to ensure that the proper items are being ordered. There had initially been an error in the part number of the snap in window designs, which I spotted and had corrected before the order went in.) The installer, Chad, was efficient, careful and polite. Unfortunately, one of the panels had some small "dings" in the edge when he removed it from the box. He said that he would notify the office to order a replacement and noted the damage on the work order. I appreciate the fact that Williams stands behind their product to ensure customer satisfaction. The new section was installed today, October 26, and looks fine. The installer, Tim, was also very efficient, careful and polite. When asked, he gave me some tips on lubricating the door and also operating the door opener manually if the power goes out.
I definitely recommend Williams Door Company and would certainly use them again if need be.

Went very well.

They were very prompt and got to us the same day. We had one of the 2 springs break that lifts our double garage door trapping a car inside. They came and replaced both springs. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and did a great job in a short time. This is the second time we have used Williams Door and will continue doing business with them for future needs.
