We caused a rat problem at our home by leaving dog food out with our dog every day as he is a free eater. Michael came out assessed the problem and remedied the problem. We had rats in the garage, exterior and in the crawlspace. They are gone. Thanks for helping our family Michael.

I discovered bats in my attic on June 17. I called Michael at Wildlife Solutions when my sister told me that they could not be removed until August. I was really freaked out about the whole situation but Michael explained all about bats and assured me they do less damage than most animals in the attic. He came to do a house inspection on June 19 and was very thorough from the attic to the basement. He gave very helpful tips on how to prevent animals from getting close to or coming in the house. He told me to call anytime I had questions and I did call a couple of times before Aug. 1. He got back with me the same day I called him both times. He also showed up to remove the bats on Aug. 1 and I told him i thought the bats were gone. He checked and they were gone so he said he could save me more money. I was very comfortable with Michael from the first phone call and he is definitely trustworthy! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with any type of critter!!

Chris Ragland reviewed the entire site and proposed a remediation plan. Within the proposed time, trappings were successful and repairs were completed to eliminate return and any future damage. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful about educating us regarding the process, the animals’ habits and providing helpful recommendations for the future. Michael from Wildlife Solutions came out and helped me identify my problem. He thoroughly inspected my house inside/out from the crawl space to the attic to all rooms in my house. Michael was very courteous and professional and went out of his way to show me how I need to safeguard my house from critters. He was able to show me entry ways into my house for critters from outside vent coverings that were only partially on to open spaces in the crawlspace door that need to be sealed up and made other recommendations to make my house critter free. Chris Ragland from Wildlife Solutions is very knowledgeable and professional. He successfully trapped raccoons that were climbing up the carport to gain access through a roof soffit into the attic. He has been trapping since he was 8 years old and is most definitely a master at his craft. Highly recommend Wildlife Solutions. Michael is professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to help rid us of mice. He assessed the perimeter, attic, crawl space and other areas of concern. He provided detailed explanations of how critters gain entry and solutions to the problems. After providing a detailed quote he set to work immediately decontaminating the attic and crawl space as well as setting traps both in the interior and exterior of the home. He came back every few days to check and set traps as needed and once we were certain the mice were gone he sealed exterior entry points. Went well. Very thorough. I feel my pest problem has been eliminated, cleaned up and measures put in place so future will not be able to enter. Chris Ragsdale, technician was friendly, very professional, on time, always called first, very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He was able to identify ways the rodents were entering ( via high scrubs and holly trees) which was especially helpful.

Chris, at Wildlife Solutions, came to our home, inspected the perimeter of home, and the attic to determine rodent--squirrel--activity and entry points. He visually showed (through photos) us rodent activity in the attic, then Chris walked the perimeter of our home with us to point out possible entry points into our home. On the second visit, Chris sprayed Bacilox in the attic to eliminate the squirrel scent; we needed to leave our home 2 hours after the chemical was sprayed. On the third visit, Chris placed traps in the attic for squirrels (and mice), as well as, the perimeter of the property. Within a short time, he successfully captured the squirrel in the attic, and at least 11 mice outside of our home. A week later, Chris and another associate came to inspect traps and determined that Wildlife Solutions could now close up entry points. For what could have been a big problem, Chris (Wildlife Solutions) efficiently and with almost no inconvenience eliminated our rodent problem; and we now have a 5 year warranty for peace of mind. We would highly recommend Chris, Wildlife Solutions, to eliminate your rodent problem!

Extremely well. Chris completed an inspection of my house and found openings no one else was able to find where mice could enter from outside. He showed me several points that could be a potential access and one probable access. He also placed a trap near this known opening and advised me on how to get the contractor to fix them. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and not only took the time to solve my problem but explain how these critters respond to various situations and the various types of resolutions. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and how grateful I am that he solved my problem.
