On my next visit I was given a report of findings. This was explained to me by the doctor as to what was seen on my X-rays and how best to treat my chronic issue. As the doctor proceeded to adjust me I was explained as to what would happen next which put me at ease. Then I was given some therapy and exercises to help with my chronic issue.
