Nate Hathcock, the senior claims coordinator, came to my home, made the neccessay estimates & recommendations & contacted my insurance company. After all claims were agreed upon, a date was set to install the new roof. The workers arrived within a few days and the roof was installed. They completed the roof within 2 and a half days and were very courteous, clean and prompt. I'm very pleased with the results and Mr. Hathcock did an outstanding job in getting everything completed. Leo is a professional. He is easy to reach, very responsive, and punctual. Leo worked with my insurance company for a hail damage claim to replace the entire roof. He took care of everything for me. The crew was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked hard to get the job done in one day and did a great job cleaning up. I had no issues with nails being left behind and yard was tidy with no debris or trash.
