Pest Control
Everything was great until the end of 2006. After that service suddenly stopped. I called to find out why and came to the conclusion that the person who serviced our house had left the company and that the disposition of our key was unknown. Requests to return my call were ignored even when I stated that the situation was an emergency. I finally asked for my house key back but was unable to get it. At this point I called a locksmith to change all locks and had my attorney submit the cost of the work to this company who has failed to pay for the changed locks or respond in any way.

We were not happy with their service. We had a yearly contract, meaning we paid them yearly too, and they were suppose to come out 4 times a year, but sometimes we had to call them out. They had no set schedule in coming out. They wouldn t even return my phone calls.

He was a very nice gentleman and he did a good job. I just have this done as prevention and they treat every year for termites and insects. They do a very professional job. They do their stuff and leave and they are very reliable. I would recommend them.
