Job Sign on bonus and Angie's List bonus was a nice incentives. The people we talked with were very nice and professional. We had their contact #s and they would always respond back timely whether it was by phone or text. Also the company assisted us in handling our insurance claim and was on site when insurance came to check on the roof. Overall Professionalism was good.
However, we signed the contract on 3/20/2014, paid first half on 4/3/2014. Roof was finally done on 8/29/2014, four months later. Which was a little too much waiting for a new roof. They could have a better customer service by notifying us that they are overbooked and overwhelmed by the work they have. They have initially said it'll be 35 days since signing that they get started on the roof, but they then contacted us to notify that it'll be another 6 weeks. After that, silence. Because of that, we began to doubt the legitimacy of the business. We heard many scams that goes on that acts the acts, then take your money and never return. So a better customer service to put the doubts to rest would have been a nice assurance.
We was happy with the roof and happy they took care of our warranty registration for us, but the length of time that it took for them to complete the job really made us unhappy. We encounter other companies through association that gotten jobs done the following week after signing on. And because we signed the contract and gave first half of the payment to the business, we felt stuck with a company we knew nothing about except they appear very professional. Due to the length of time that it took, we found ourselves unsatisfied but pleased with the roof.

Showed up on time- completed total job in just two days. Much lower price then competitors and my home was left in pristine condition.

On April 9 we signed a contract to have the roof replaced and gave the company a deposit of $3,914.00. We were told the money was for the materials and that they would begin work in about a month. After repeated calls with no response I visited the address on Piney Grove Church Road and found the company had left the house. After another month and finally tracking the company I located their new business address, 1237 Timbergrove Drive, Knoxville TN 37919. I called about once a week and sometimes my call was returned by Paige Darnell, the new owner. She had taken over from the previous owner Andrea Cruze. Paige kept telling me that they had overbooked and were working to catch up. She did make a visit to our house in July to see the job for herself. On August 8 the materials were finally delivered, the workers began on August 13 and completed the roof on August 15. The workers worked long hours with few breaks and did what looks like a good job. Paige was very attentive while the workers were on site and when the workers were done and she completed her site inspection I wrote her a check for the remaining balance $3,258.14. She told me she had tried to get the dumpster they used for the old roof they stripped off removed from our driveway that Friday evening but the company she contracts with would not be able to pick it up till Monday morning. Hopefully they will take their dumpster on time and we will be finished with the roofing job we began in early April.
