I have not been treated well by Verizon. Never spoke with the same person twice. Every time I was given the one and only option to pay in addition beyond what I first agreed to . I have received an email from Verizon where the person says this was "an error on our part" yet the only resolution they have offered is for me to send the phones back with no restocking fee, which I have done. Even after they received the phones they had the audacity to send me the "terms and obligations" of my new 2 YEAR CONTRACT with the old phones I've used for the last three years.

I have not had any problems with them. I just pay my bill at the beginning of every month. I would continue to use them for now.
