Description of Work: Malfunctioning device. They replaced with refurbished, within 3 weeks it was malfunctioning. We carry their insurance plan. They try for 2 hours to fix them over the phone or charge you for a new device full price! Horrible service and help in major issues! This is by phone to the company itself. When I go to the Verizon stir they are not helpful/honest, just interested in sales.

 + -1 moreI have not been treated well by Verizon. Never spoke with the same person twice. Every time I was given the one and only option to pay in addition beyond what I first agreed to . I have received an email from Verizon where the person says this was "an error on our part" yet the only resolution they have offered is for me to send the phones back with no restocking fee, which I have done. Even after they received the phones they had the audacity to send me the "terms and obligations" of my new 2 YEAR CONTRACT with the old phones I've used for the last three years.
Description of Work: It was time to update my phones, I've carried a Droid X for almost three years. Fine phone. I've had my service with Verizon for 10 years. I went to the Target on Clinton Hwy and found a great deal on iPhone 4S's, $99 through Sprint. Before I made the switch I called Verizon, gave them the details of what Sprint offered, the plan, the cost and the phones. The Verizon representative was able to offer me a plan close enough in usage costs and cost of the iPhone 4S. When my phones arrived (one for me, one for my wife) we activated them and began using them. It was not until a couple days later did I discover I was sent two of the iPhone 4 not the 4S. They look the same. I called Verizon to tell them what was going on and of course they were happy to send me the 4S as soon as I paid them and additional $100 per phone. I told them I had an agreement with one of their sales representative for the 4S and I would not pay more than what I had agreed to with the representative. I had made a decision based on what he told me otherwise I would have switched to Sprint. So far I have spoke with 4 separate individuals on the phone, received emails from 6 separate individuals and they have all told me the same thing. I have to pay more for phones I have already paid for in full.

 + -1 moreI have not had any problems with them. I just pay my bill at the beginning of every month. I would continue to use them for now.
