Trapped 5 skunks, a raccoon, and a possum. Even put a covering on my HVAC unit to block critters from entering there.

After realizing we had moles destroying our yard we called Varmint Busters. They came the same day and set the traps. The crushed all the tunnels and then followed the mole activity, moving traps as needed, until there seemed to be no more activity. The cost was around $150 for initial trap setup, then they charge $90 per mole caught. They kept us updated, and all services were prompt. We had no problems with them at all.

Success of mole-trapping remains to be seen. But he already got rid of two varmints by hand. Very impressed with quick courteous service.

,My call was answered by a very helpful receptionist who assured me that they handled rabbits as well as their listed critter targets. I told her I had three babies I needed removed. She assured me that she would reach out to her technician and see if he couldn't come over this afternoon. She offered to call me to let me know when her agent was on his way.
She called shortly after to let me know, and Josh showed up less than half an hour after that. He was very professional and well-kept but his clothes also said that he wasn't new to the business. He carried several supplies to cover the different scenarios of age of rabbit I mentioned. I thought that was really smart of him, even though unnecessary in my case.
I let him know there were only 3 left, because I thought my dog had consumed the body of the fourth, which he wrapped carefully in a towel and let me know he knew of a refuge where he would take them. That mattered to me because I assumed that Tennessee would require them as vermin to be euthanized.
He took my check for the service and gave me a card and very cordially bid me a good day. I was very satisfied.
About a half an hour later, I was finished working in my yard when I called my two dogs in. The dog who had found the rabbits brought me the fourth one I thought she had eaten. It was wounded, so I brought it indoors and called the company back to see if they would be willing to take pity on me and this wounded animal and take it away.
Josh was back, inside of 15 minutes with a kind face and an understanding tone. He let me know that he knew of a couple of refuges that might be able to see a wounded animal, and he'd take care of it.
The company responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. Josh was kind and understanding and went above and beyond for me. I can't think of a way I could be more satisfied. It's a lot of money, but I feel like I got what I paid for.

Varmint Busters staff are unable to answer the phone on a regular basis during normal business hours. Communication skills and scheduling are not user-friendly. Their service is over-priced. Their service only available Monday - Friday unless there is a
holiday and then they schedule additional non-service days. If you have a need for a reliable licensed wildlife removal service, do not call Varmint Busters.

They are awesome! They're very clean, and they don't make a mess. They cleaned all animal dirt, and they solved my problems. They eradicated the bats in my attic. They did their job very neat and really efficient. They worked in a timely fashion. They call me immediately if they're not able to come on their appointment. They're very courteous, and they're just cool guys!

They came out and investigated the issue. They devised a plan of action and followed through with it. They were great to work with and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to eliminate animals from their home.

Very satisfied with service. I left a message inquiring about the work on Saturday, was contacted Sunday and Monday morning, and had services performed on that same day (Monday). Worker was polite, and got in and out in an hour. There ended up being 3 nests, 8 living birds, and 4-5 dead birds.

Awesome! They eliminated the problem which took almost 2 weeks. In their defense, the animals are incredibly smart and innovative. VB was able to thwart their activities and remove them from the area. All is now quiet in the house and the dogs are happy. YEA!

I can't say enough good about the professionalism and work ethic of Tim Ward. He was unfailingly polite and answered every question we could think of to ask him (and some we asked over and over, I'm sure). If he became impatient with us, he certainly never indicated that in any way. He was prompt and did excellent work. I talked with other employees in the office and was always treated with courtesy and professionalism. I feel the charge for the work was worth every penny. It was great to have someone with the knowledge, equipment, and ability to get rid of those squirrels. In fact, I would say it was a good value. I would not hesitate to contact them again if, heaven forbid, we have this problem again.

Randy did a superb job and was very amiable and knowledgeable. I was fearful of a new infestation recently, so he returned to do a thorough inspection. All was OK. The squirrels caused extensive damage to woodwork inside, and to wiring to ADT, phone company, TV cables, when they first invaded. I haven't discovered the extent of it all yet, I'm sure. I recommend Varmint Busters without any reservation. Randy knows animals.

The groundhogs were making a mess of the lawn and sea wall with their holes. Their removal was a fairly simple process. I thought the charge of $270 was a little excessive, but I suppose with the cost of gas, etc. In the future, I'll trap the ground based critters with my own live trap. The holes in the chimneys were another matter. We had to call several times to get action on this. I wouldn't want to do it and maybe they were hoping we'd give up! One chimney, in particular is very high and hard to get to. They managed with ladders, poles and bravery to get the job done. It took most of a day, but it's done. The wind socks are red, white and blue stars and stripes (2 on each chimney) so we're ready for the holidays. I just hope they will keep the woodpeckers from returning. We won't know that until the next time they have a tester-one overload!

I was not pleased with a number of things. First, the woman that did the work was very pleasant, but she left a mess of red clay dirt on my driveway each time she switched out traps. I decided to not clean it up until after the work was done. When I started cleaning the driveway, I noticed her truck leaked oil and I had probably a quart's worth of oil dropping over my driveway that I had spent over $300.00 to reseal two months earlier. Next, I received a bill for $1.080.00 The invoice was for the 14 animals @ either 60.00 or $75.00 per animal depending upon which animal was removed. The $150.00 "setup" fee was also included. It was my initial understanding that the 150.00 was the "minimum" charge for them to come out whether they remove any animals at all. When I called, I got their answering machine and I left a message saying I want to talk to someone about my invoice and I left my name and invoice number. To date, no one has returned my call.

Tim was a constant professional. He explained what he would do before he did it, gave me a cost quote, he checked the traps regularly and gave me a number to call if I came home and found a squirrel had been captured. The whole operation took about 10 days. I was very pleased with his work and if I have more varmints moving in I will call Varmint Busters again.

This had been bothersome for several weeks and after we tried and failed to get rid of them, we called this company. They do this sort of thing all the time and squirrels are their number one problem. They had all the equipment needed and had them out of our house in one day after setting the traps. It was quick easy and not that expensive for ridding us of those things.
