We called Valor Pest Control because the other companies we used just didn't cut it. Well, Valor is a different breed! My husband is a veteran so naturally I gravitate to veteran owned companies. BUT, honestly the guys could be leaders of a cult and I'd hire them again. Isaiah was not only super friendly, he was also very informative and seemed to legitimately care about doing a good job. He arrived promptly and started addressing our areas of concern. He actually had a strategy to get the bugs out instead of just spraying (the same thing each time) and leaving within 10 minutes. He took his time and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. It's also a huge plus that the ingredients they use are kid and pet safe, and they send you an itemized ingredient list for everything they use on your home! If you're looking for a local pest company that gets the job done and doesn't cost an arm and a leg- I HIGHLY recommend Valor Pest Control!

Valor pest control technician Lane P was extremly pleasant, knowledgeable, great with animals, and my 4 yr.old Grandson that asked him a million questions. He did an amazing job taking care of our pest problems. He even sprayed outside and got rid of all our cobwebs surrounding our house and checked under our house as well. We are extremely pleased with our service. He was also right on time.

Once again, Valor knocked it put of the park! Today our tech was Isaiah and what a personable and friendly young man! In a time when our world is struggling with getting people to work and being polite, Valor seems to have mastered the art of finding great people! Highly recommend.

OMG! THESE GUYS ARE AHHHHHMAZING! We bought a house in Kingston, TN. while living in Wisconsin. I read the reviews on these guys, they were great, their website has humor AND they support our Veterans. My husband is a veteran and much of my family is. We closed on our house and they were able to get there the same day and treat the house inside and out before we arrive in a few days. Not only did they treat it inside and out Kawika called and texted me pictures when he got there, and after he left. He and Joe both explained what needed to be done. They are willing to come back sooner than the 30 days. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! Extremely polite, professional and were able to get in the next day we called them. It is 7pmET and Kawika had just finished. This house is only 936 sq ft. We are so grateful and thankful that these guys worked past the typical 4 or 5pm day! They definitely have our business!

We just switched to Valor Pest Control and are so glad we did! Isaiah texted when he was on his way, could not have been more pleasant (even in this stifling 94 degree weather), and did a very thorough job. He sprayed everywhere three feet up and three feet out, looked for any problem areas, and removed any cobwebs he saw. We could not be more pleased.

Valor is prompt, professional, and kind. Lane was my technician and he was patient and informative.
