The doctors at this facility are wonderful. Every one that I saw there was very accomodating, they made things very easy for me, and I was very pleased with every one I saw there. It went above and beyond normal care.

They are very clean, great customer service, friendly, and good medical care.

They were excellent! I was really impressed with this teaching hospital. The nurses were so personable, and did a very good job of making themselves available. They told me everything that was going on, and there were no surprises.

The care was excellent but it took a while to get back to see the doctor. They accelerated as much as they could in getting some tests done so the doctor could actually see them. It took a little longer than I would have liked but it was on a Friday night and they were very busy so it was understandable. I would use them again.

The Emergency Room at UT Hospital seems to be very well run. We were there on the evening of Memorial Day Holiday. My mother had a bad bite from a neighbor's dog. She was taken immediately to a treatment room and seen very quickly. Her wounds were cleaned--after some local anesthesia--and examined in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and respectful of her and the family. They explained everything they were doing. They gave her good, clear instructions, made X-Rays and answered questions from the family members. We left feeling she had been taken very good care of. And someone did call the next day to be sure she was doing well.

I've used them for years. They're convenient, the doctors are good, and nursing helpful.

Entered the emergency room. There were 6 ambulances there at the same time and everyone was attended to immediately. They took car of the initial situation and then scheduled the appointments to come back for surgery.
