Wonderfully. I had discovered a large hornet nest. With lots of pedestrian traffic and small children next door, I wanted it taken care of ASAP! True Blue came within an hour of being called and began treating the nest immediately. Thank you, True Blue!

sprayed interior and exterior perimeter for bugs. Spoke to technician to have him spray for fleas and ticks and he agreed. Then come to find out he did not spray. The solution he used was ineffective so requested a refund. Refund was refused and was told our dogs were not securely put up but they were in a 6ft fence with my husband. I just want a refund so I can use a different pest control company.

"As already addressed on several other platforms that you have left a 1 star review. Service agreed on was general pest control not a flea and tick treatment. Flea and tick treatment is a different treatment/chemical that is not included in general pest control. You contacted us about a spider issue not flea and tick. We treated home right away and you were happy with service provided, and you signed up for a service agreement at that time. 5 days later you email with flea, tick and spider issue. We made several attempts to contact you to retreat home. Some times infestation can take a few treatments that is why we do not charge for retreats. You refused a retreat and broke the 1 year agreement that you had signed up for just 5 days prior, and We did not charge a cancellation fee. Yes dogs were behind a tall fence but 6-7 large dogs barking and jumping on a not so stable fence can be a safety risk for or tech. All we ask is that animals are securely locked up."

Great! They showed up on time, were knowledgeable and did not force the sale - I ended up signing on for 12 months for them to return and maintain my pest control issues! Knowing that they are just a phone call away to hep in between visits is reassuring.

Fabulous. Joey called immediately and came out the same day to inspect. Professional and pleasant. Spayed for insects and came back on a Saturday morning to install termite traps. Was done in an hour. Great service and price.

Wonderful. He sprayed the entire home inside and out. No ants were seen 8 hours post-treatment. He was very prompt, identified the problem source. and exterminated ants that day, Came within 30 minutes of my phoned call Best exterminator I have ever used.
