Not great. Low-cost repair of garage roof would have been more impressive if the leak was repaired properly, the first time. Unfortunately, it still leaked after the first rainfall. They used a flimsy, old piece of plywood to replace the rotted decking, and their plywood showed visible signs of prior water damage. Additionally, they never showed up to replace the missing shingles on the main roof, even after promising daily that they would, for four consecutive days! I would have simply preferred that they were upfront with me, so that I could find another contractor for hire. My overall fair rating is due to the low price (I'm not out very much), plus I honestly believe they had honorable intentions, but were obviously too busy to follow through on their promises; not a good thing for a customer with a roof exposed to the elements! I also believe that they probably do quality work, when not rushed.
