It was by far one of the best experiences that i have had with a contractor. They always did what they said they would do and they always showed up when they said they would. The work that they do is amazing and i would highly recommend them to anyone need tile work done!

Sam Josh is an excellent highly skilled tradesman. He is a US Navy veteran. He is honest, ethical, professional, and very personable. Sam always did what he said he would do. He was always punctual. His work was always of the highest standard. Sam completed a year long training at one of the best trade schools in the country called Yestermorrow. The training gave same the skills to accomplish all facets of residential/commercial construction. I highly recommend Sam/Josh.

Everything went fantastic with Thlayli Tile. Folks are informative and adaptable. When given the problems to solve, they come up with multiple solutions and explain how each would work. From consultation through execution, they kept me up to date on how everything was going. Professional, friendly, and good quality work.

I was recommended to Thlayli by some community members after I had been shopping around to local contractors for months with no success. This project was honestly very sentimental to me, and I couldn't find anyone who seemed confident in creating the style that I wanted. When Sam came out to gave me an estimate, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of architecture and appreciation of my old house. He was creative, personable, wonderful to collaborate with, and refreshingly transparent about the rates and what I could expect. He was very professional, but what was most important to me was that he respected my vision and reassured me that it was possible. Because of how seriously he clearly took his work, I felt totally comfortable letting him work in my home while I was gone. And of course I probably wouldn't be leaving such a glowing review if the tile wasn't INCREDIBLE. Down to every last detail, and trust me... after years of bad experiences with contractors... I went LOOKING for problems. It is pristine!!! Every day I wake up and look at it I am still surprised with how much I love it. If you are sick of being disappointed or underwhelmed by the tile work in your home... please don't hesitate to contact Thayli. I can't recommend Sam highly enough and will absolutely be back this summer when I start working on my mother-in-law suite. :)

Sam was courteous and direct, preferring to eschew chit chat and get right to business which was appreciated. The tile is immaculate, even and smooth. He was tidy and finished faster than I had expected. An excellent experience all around. I love my new bathroom!

Sam is fantastic. He was friendly, attentive and super clear when we arranged the work. The repairs he did at our house were a little tricky (on an old building) and he was willing and able to problem solve so everything looks really polished and wasn’t expensive. He respects buildings, tools, budgets, and people- I definitely recommend thylali for tile stuff and handy help!
