Frank came out on Saturday to check out our failed heat pump.  He was here in about 1.5 hours after we called.  Went through a few tests to determine that the compressor was dead.  He offered us several options for how to move forward and answered our questions about what would be best and why..  Every answer he gave felt completely honest and even recommended the cheaper solution for our situation.  We even discussed ways to reduce the risk of failure in the future.
Monday, he was back out to do the repairs which included replacing the compressor and installing new filter mounts in the walls to make them easier and thus more likely to service.
Frank is clearly a skilled technician and has a passion for his work.  I will always contact TheromoDynamics for any HVAC needs I have as long as I live in his service area.   I could not be happier with his professionalism and the services he provides.

This was actually the third time we have used Thermo Dynamics for HVAC service. Our previous service calls were exceptional and we called him back to do a yearly check up and look at some deficiencies in the duct work. He evaluated our request and told us up front what the solution would be. He had to purchase a sheet of duct board to fix to portions of the duct work which were covered in cardboard. He let us know the board only came in an 8x4 sheet. We agreed to the work. He came back with the sheet and fixed the problem spot. At that point he could have taken the remainder of the duct board with him. Instead he used the remainder of the board to further insulate the exchanger unit in the garage. He went to great lengths to give it a proper appearance and hit all of the little touches. He sealed the holes in the ducting we pointed out as well as several others he found while working. This included removing a section and basically redoing what was previously in place for a better solution. After he finished, he explained in great detail what he did, what he changed and why. He has a great deal of experience in HVAC which was obvious in how well he was able to explain. Frank is very friendly and conscientious about his work. When coming in the front door, he even started to take off his shoes due to the in-climate weather. I would recommend Frank without hesitation or reservation.
