We would recommend Tiffany with no hesitation.  She served as both seller and buyer agent for us and did an outstanding job in both roles.  She made herself readily available to us at all times.  Her realty knowledge base is limitless and she was able to help us identify other professionals to help with various needs during the process (ie., painting, floor/rug cleaning, electrician, movers, etc.). We could be described as "novice sellers and buyers," and Tiffany answered every single question and often provided info that we definitely needed but didn't know we needed.
