Mine was a complicated lock to repair that Doug had to disassemble, clean,adjust, and reassemble. He underestimated the time of the job, but only charged for the original estimate. The lock set works better than it has in itâ s 20 years.

This is the Locksmith I would recommend to Everyone. I highly appreciate his immediate call and coming the next day to address our need to have our locks changed. They were NOT ordinary Locks. These were European locks built into our doors. He worked quickly to get 'er done in record time, saving us money! In my estimation, Doug at The Locksmith Company is knowledgeable and works to solve problems regarding locksmithing needs and nobody else needs to be called!

My full view Glass storm door would not latch properly. Doug reconfigured the latching mechanism into the door frame and now works perfectly!
