They did a great job, only one key had a problem. I took it back and they re-did it for free. I trust this place, as it's been there for decades, and it came well-recommended. I would not hesitate to go there. A friendly, local vibe.

They've been in business for 80 years. They have the experience and the resources to make any key that you need made. There are not a lot of on sight key services left except for the big box stores. They seem a little aggressive on price to me, but there's not a lot to compare them to. If the key doesn't work, they'll get one that does at no additional charge. They're very responsive.

They are very prompt on their service and did what they said they were going to do. No surprises.

I use them because they are prompt and extremely competent. They have highly experienced people working for them. I would not think of going anywhere else.

We have had good experiences with them. The people that they have sent out have been very professional and have done a good job. They were professional when we went in to have keys made. They have been able to do anything we wanted done concerning that particular service. We are very pleased with them.

They had our locks for over THREE MONTHS. We get them home and they all have different keys, even though we specifically asked to have them keyed the same.They put cheap/inferior cores in them, not the brand specifically recommended for our model. The keys do not even open the locks! Do not use these people for Kaba locks. Find a professional.
